Design Concept
FYI Center stands out between Bangkok's business district and the city's biggest fresh market. Its welcoming, open design connects to the vibrant market and draws in pedestrians. A plaza guides visitors into breezy lobbies, and the center's design, inspired by the nearby port, features unique shipping container-themed interiors.
The site's triangular shape influenced its innovative design. Its façade features a zig-zag pattern, using shadows and angles to limit direct sunlight, creating mesmerizing light play. Mirroring the site's angular form, the office converges at a sharp point adorned with planters and trees on every alternate floor. The design adds a soft green touch, enhancing the building's dynamic, undulating exterior.
